Abstract

The project uses housing estates in Zwickau to examine how the energy turnaround can be carried out in ecological, efficient, socially fair and economically feasible way on the district level.In social-scientific terms, the inter- and transdisciplinary project aims mainly at harmonizing “intelligent” technology with the abilities and interests of the users.
